Joost Bakkers excelled in making a sustainable and economical 'Future Food System' - something that's been over 25 years in the making!TPS provided the glazed doors and windows, including a huge awning window to the kitchen that can be opened outwards to created a covered outdoor area - and it can be operated by just one person.. It involves two pieces of steal surrounding insulation. By separating the steal with insulation, thermal conductivity is limited and temperature is regulated.

The answer: a Forster Unico outward opening strut supported window. It works like a dream and looks incredible!
